Spanish Rice


2 TBSP oil
1 1/2 cups raw white rice
2 1/4 cups water
salt
1/2 to 1 can Arturo® Sauce
2 TBSP butter
1 med onion(chopped)
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 garlic clove minced
A couple shakes of Worchestshire Sauce
1 tsp chili powder

Heat oil in pot and add rice. Coat rice with oil and add water. Bring to a boil, stir and let boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. In large saucepan sautee onion, green peper, garlic and butter until onion is transparent. Add cooked rice, Worchestshire sauce, and chili powder while stirring constantly, gradually add Arturo® Sauce until all rice is coated. Serve with your favorite dish and enjoy!!!!!
