2 1/2 #'s Ground Beef
2 heads of celery chopped
2 #'s onion chopped
6 medium green peppers chopped
Sautee each off the above items seperately, drain fat off of Ground
Beef and then combine.
2 Cans of Tomato Soup
1 can of Tomato Paste
3 cans Arturo® Sauce
1 can of mushrooms
1 clove of Garlic
1 bottle (8oz) Olives
2 lb wide egg noodles cooked
Combine above ingredients and then add to the above.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours, best if left overnite
Pour into large casserole dish-Add 1 lb grated cheese and bake for 1 hour.
This recipe serves approximately 25!!!
