4 chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves minces
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper diced
1 can Sauce Arturo®
1 cup water
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Sautee onion in olive oil. Add rest of ingredients except for chicken. Bring to a boil blending well. Add chicken, cover & simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Uncover & cook an additional 20-30 minutes until chicken is done. Serve over a bed of rice & enjoy!
