Chopped onion
Lots of garlic
margarine
Arturo® Sauce
A large dash of Worchestshire sauce
lime
Red wine-(just tip the bottle-app. 1 cup
clams-how many??? Who knows However many Fidel brings up from "the
rocks" in Coronado at low tide
Sautee your onion and garlic in margarine. Add the Arturo® Sauce and continue to cook for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the clams and bring to a boil. Add clams. Cover and cook, stirring every few minutes. Once the clams start opening, turn off the flames, keep covered, and let them sit for about 10 minutes so they'll finish cooking and will still be tender. Make sure you have plenty of MICHA BREAD to dip into the sauce.
