1½ #'s Ground Beef
1 Medium onion (chopped)
1 medium green pepper(chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp A-1 Steak Sauce
1 can(14½ oz) chopped tomatoes
1 can Sauce Arturo®
1/4 cup sugar
Kidney Beans 1 can drained 1 can not drained
In dutch oven cook meat until almost brown. Add onion, green pepper and garlic. Continue cooking until meat is browned and onion and green pepper are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, stirring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30-40 minutes stirring ocassionally.
