1½ lbs ground beef made into your favorite meatball recipe
1 medium sized head of cabbage
1 16oz can of Whole Cranberry Sauce
2 8oz cans Sauce Arturo®
1½ Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 squirt of fresh lemon juice
Slice Cabbage about ¼" thick and place in large casserole dish evenly spread out. Put meatballs on top of cabbage. Mix Sauce Arturo®, Cranberry Sauce, brown sugar & lemon juice until well blended & pour over cabbage & meatballs. Cover very tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 2 hours without removing the foil. Serve with mashed potatoes for a tasty meal.
