Sidney's Antipasto

Sidney's Anitpasto Recipe compliments of Valerie Williams, daughter of Margaret Williams author of "The Well Fed Bridegroom" 1957

Grate the contents of a small can of tuna with a fork. Add the contents of a small can of skinless & boneless whole sardines, 1 scant cupful of canned, drained tiny peas, 1 large raw carrot diced, 4-5 sweet pickles that have pickled cauliflower among them & dozen capers well drained.
Make a dressing as follows:
Mix together 2 ½ tbs. garlic vinegar with 3 tbsp. olive oil and ½ can Sauce Arturo®NOT PASTE! Pour the dressing over tuna fish, etc. and mix well. Chill.
